Post by cutt »

SO after riding the fzr i fell in love... So i bought it! Did i mention that i love it? :D man it runs so good. here is some pics of it, Does need a new seat but i can pck one up off ebay for 25 bucks. Runs great, only issue i have found is the when its really cold the clutch doesnt want to disengange. other than that, runs perfect!

Bike looks good.

That's a corbin seat. I would hold on to that and get it recovered. Corbin may actually do that for you as well. They are pricey seats, but comfortable.

Very nice, ditto on what he said, that is a very nice seat, worth recovering.

I was able to get mine recovered for about 50 dollars local. They make DIY kits too but the cool thing is you could get it customized too. Blue pin striping? Just saying. Haha.

Thanks guys, yeah im lookin around here in clarksburg wv for someone local to recover it, It acutually does have a blue line that goes around the seat already if ya look kinda close you can see it. :D only problem ive had with it so far, when i am wot at about 9k rpm it starts to lose power, if i let off the throttle a litle bit it clears up and takes off, thinking i may need to clean carbs and put some new plugs in it.
