Greetings,
I am producing these kits for almost the entire FZR range as well as other motorcycles.
At the moment the FZR1000, YZF750, FZR600, FZR400(3TJ & 3EN), FZR250(3LN1) series are available.
Everything, except the choke plunger seals, is made from Viton (FKM), which is long lasting and resistant to both stale fuel and Ethanol blends. Unlike most carburettors, the Mikuni BDST used on these models contains seals that prevent fuel leaking into the throat of the carburettor and the emulsion tube, or needle jet. These two seals, the jet housing seal and the slide housing o-ring, must be in peak condition to maintain a correct air/fuel mixture.
See the assembly guide at http://www.litetek.co/Guide_MikuniBDST_ ... gAssy.html
There are also square rings under the main jet that are fitted to ensure a correct seal.
Before attempting to change your carburettor settings to compensate for poor running or an over rich condition, you should ensure that all of your seals and o-rings are in good condition; also check the condition of the needles and emulsion tubes. There are several good guides on the internet that discuss wear of those two parts. FactoryPro being the best.
Available now from LiteTek at http://www.litetek.co/ReplacementPartsYamaha.html
Worldwide shipping is FREE by registered airmail.
cheers
