The manual is about 400 pages of material. And each page needs to be scanned individually. I've used large copy/scanners that can scan multiple documents into one PDF file to create a "book" but I'm having trouble finding access to one at this time. I've also done it were I can scan each page then create a single PDF from multiple files, but I need to be careful of file size and resolution if I go that route.

Thanks, it took a long time to build it up. The only thing left from my original bike is the frame. Needless to say, it is very unique. The younger riders can appreciate the work but have no idea as to the complexity of something like this. I get the biggest response from people who are old enough to have ridden these things when they where new because they understand what the bike was then compare it to what I've done.
Yes, that is a Single Sided Swingarm FZR600 that I built.

Something is lurking, waiting, wanting to be built......It calls to me from the darkness....

I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel....Then I realize that it is the train coming to run my ass over....

i undestand. I'm pretty sorry i cannot help you. I wish i could do something to help you. I use Abby Fine Reader and a desktop scanner (set to higher resolution) to scan multiple pages and then put it in a multiple pages .pdf document. It makes my work pretty easy but if you want to do this, you must have a quite performant computer, because once the pages start to gather it will take a while at the end to put all the pages into a .pdf file.

I have never driven such a modified bike before, but i can really appreciate the effort that has been made to get the bike to this stage. This winter i am only doing my tail and tank from scratch. Maybe later with some more money i will get to a engine swap.
