I used the ladybird style bracket from Kurvy girl in the states. It was a tenner plus 12 quid import tax!

Finally met the unheard of conditions whereby it wasn't raining and I had a day off, so managed to put the reservoir on. Here are some pics. Seems ok, so thanks once again for all the help! Now I need to find out why the bike won't turn over. AA man says it's the timing.
