Kelly Blue Book only list this bike at $1895, and thats at a level that is more common, and as I explain in another post, its way too easy to pull the speedo cable on older bikes to fool the next buyer into thinking its low mileage. Not saying this is the case, but is more common than youd think. And even racers that remove parts to make it lighter for track use. When you use the rare sportbikes site, it gives you false hope as not everyone will see it as a rare bike like all of us here and this will limit the number of people willing to buy it. I guess if you feel its worth it, then who are we to argue with that, I say if U like it! buy it!!
but I would only give $1500 for it.

THX FOR THE INFO . I DO KNOW THE HISTORY OF THE BIKE AND IT WAS NEVER RACED AND JUST STORED IN A CLIMATE CONTROLLED GARAGE JUST FOR LOOKS.. i GUESS IF THE BOOK IS 19 IT MUST BE WORTH A LITTLE MORE BECAUSE OF IT VERY LOW MILES AND AWESOME CONDITION .. I JUST CANT BELEIVE THERE WOULD BE OVER A HANDFUL OF THESE MODELS LEFT ????

Buy it and sell it to an oilfield worker in Canada they all seem stupid enough to pay over $30k for a Harley or $80k for a jacked up diesel pickup so your market for max return may be right here in Alberta if the market around you in the states is that low. We have an abundance of money stupid people and maybe that's why we pay higher prices.
