Yamaha 87' FZR1000 Genesis Streetfighter project
Hello everyone. I'm glad to present my 4 months job, my beauty Yamaha FZR1000 Genesis 1988 year. So many hours and late evenings in a cold garage and this is result.
Best regards from motorcycle seasongrand opening show 2014/05/03 Vilnius, Lithuania.

Good skills there.
A nice a job as I have seen on a Genesis.
Well done for resurrecting what looked to be nearly in the "breaker" category.
The headlight conversion is particularly neat in both senses of the word.
Colourscheme is perfect.
How is parts availability in Lithuania ?
Seems like you have a good bike scene.

Many thanks Its a very rear bike in Lithuania especially those years and get any spare parts its mission impossible. So only two posibilities first Ebay.co.uk or official yamaha dealer in Lithuania

Re: Yamaha 88' FZR1000 Genesis Streetfighter project
Thanks
I have used R6 tail and back frame. Just back frame has to be modified too, leveled and so on.
Front light I have bought from yamaha dealer its from Yamaha MT model. Bracket I have made myself, same as clocks brackets which are fixed to something very similar like this
http://www.bikermart.co.uk/proddetail.a ... =240-10205 Just my ones are made by LSL.
