2007 fz1 tank and rear seat on a fzr?
could this be done and if so how much work would it be.. had a client recently down his fz1 and he said i could have his tank and tail section

Never heard anybody do it so you could be the first. A tank is more difficult than a tail. Just about any tail can be made to fit. How much work and how good it will look are the unknowns.
You will have to dry fit the tank to get an idea whether it is feasable. Go for it.
