If you replace the chain with a new one that may help, if your other chain has been on the bike a long time or you dont know try a new one and then adjust it according to the instructions again. Try to get a guy that knows bikes to help out or even get a bike mechanic to do it for you but watch and see how he does it. with our english barrier there may be something were all missing.
