did my usual run up 129 to Deals Gap going over Blood Mountain on the way. Traffic on the gap was wonderfully minimal and accommodating, only got stuck behind one vehicle for an extended period of time. I of course experienced the usual lane incursions but that only happened a couple of times and thankfully there was time to react, our stock brakes do a nice job.

I always stop on the top of Blood Mountain for something to drink before taking off, it's become a tradition for me

just some pics from various visits to the overlook, did three laps and my legs were worn out after two from lifting off the bike. Time to get back in shape it would seem.

I love the light coming in from the side of this one, doing my final lap close to sunset was a nice finish to the visit

alone in a parking lot atop Blood Mountain on the way home

and a quick clip of the fiddys, they go all out on those things

Hey, I've been there with you. Since I'm back in school I guess I'll have to plan to make it out there for my spring break. And not just whenever I want to. Sad face. Haha.

Eh we will see. The guy that was looking at it backed out. I didn't find anything local that I really wanted to try to work money up for. So maybe I'll just tinker around with her like I always do and just have some fun. I think my graduation present to myself will be an FI bike though. c'mon 2015

I had the same thought except it's come on 2014 in my case.
