RonAyers.com isn't too bad, but your local dealer is probably quickest.

It's the same no matter where you go.

If you are in that much of a hurry an all thread bolt (with the head cut off works.) from your local hardware store. If the hole in the engine is hot as they sometimes are you can use threead repair kits or if you know there is enough "meat" in the engine drill it out to the next tapping size and use abigger bolt but step down the end that goes thro the flange and thread that.

the threads are just fine so im going with your suggestion and using a hardware store bolt until i can order a full set. is there anyone out there that makes exhaust studs for us that are stronger like ARP or something?

Hi,
once you know the thread specification (like 6mm diam by 1mm pitch yeh been with that man too long I know LoL) you can buy from the web in just about any material you like (stay away from stainless steel as it corrodes in the engine casting (bi-metal chemical reaction))
OR if you do use it use Koppercoat anti seize grease.

Y-Geo.
has a new "toy" http://www.robotshop.com/eu/dagu-mr-general-2.html and is driving the staff nuts with its antics.

actually after i got the exhaust off i could see that all the exhast collars were pretty bent (aftermarket). So when i tightened down my studs they were bending. do i ended up welding on some materiel to the collars and grinding them flat. now that all the studs and nuts sit flush i think stock strength is more than enough.
