so i read around and it says that if i remove my airbox and install the 4 mini K&N filters that i have to adjust the carbs, is that true or is it just a bolts on and leave the carbs
I would wager that every thread you've found on this board or the Archives involves a discussion of how much effort is required in re-jetting for pod filters. Why would you ask if it's a drop-in modification?
YG's suggestions about throat length and stand-off tubes makes it easier, but there is still a significant change in air flow, and thus jetting.
Save yourself a HUGE headache and just stick with the airbox. This bike puts out WAAAAAAAAY more than enough useable power for the street with the stock set-up. I get that people like to tinker but unless you're on the track and trying to squeeze out a couple extra ponies to win the next race (class rules premitting) and your technique is the best that it can be, there's not a lot to gain from this.
