got some issues with the clutch. can you help me?

So, i bought a fzr 1000 complete hydraulic clutch to put onto my 1992 600. Did all the fittment and stuff ( took out the cable clutch mechanism from the sprocket cover, enlarged the hole to be able to put in the 1000 slave cylinder,lenghtened the push rod) , the system is air free 100%, BUT the pussing rod doesn't go in as much as it was with cable one and the clutch does not disengage. How can i solve this?? From my point of view, the piston in the slave cylinder is not having enough movement to be able to push the rod all the way in.

My 750 (which uses the same parts for the hydraulic clutch as the 1k does) has somewhat the same issue. But on mine, the clutch is engaged enough to keep the bike from moving when I come to a stop. Try to push the bike around with it in first gear or prop the rear wheel up into the air and get the bike started. Drop it into first and see how fast the rear wheel is moving. If it is not moving very fast, try to stop the wheel from spinning using your shoe or something like it. If you can stop the wheel, then you should be able to ride it. This is not a fix, but more of a diagnosis. If you an stop it, I would agree that the clutch rod may be a little short for this application. You may want to weld a little material to the tip of the clutch rod, or put something into the clutch slave socket to shorten up the available space. If you can't stop it, then you know that the rod is not long enough or there is another issue at work here.

Hy cad. i did prop the rear wheel up and put the bike into 1st gear and tried to push the wheel and it does not turn. as for the push rod, it is long enough and it's also adjutable in lenght. i do not know what might cause this.maibe that the amount of movement of the push rod that is necesary to disengage the cluctch diferes to the 600 from the 1000.

This could very well be the case. I don't know how much it is suppose to move, so I'd have to deffer to someone else on that one.
