Since this picture I added brass fittings to the top. The radiator hose goes almost to the bottom of the bottle and then the overflow tube is connected on the outside only. Assuming it ever gets full it'll exit through the brass fitting and out the tube. Haven't had any problems yet. I think I'm going to change the mount though eventually.

then u drilled two holes on the top?
I like That Sigg bottle look.
Indeed it is a twist off top. I didn't need to glue it though. It has a rubberish ring on the top that seals that thing off with a vengeance! Correct on drilling two holes though. I drilled them just a hair smaller than the tube I ran so it was crazy tight when pulled through.
Nice thing about the sigg bottle is they have a ridiculous amount of designs on their bottles so you should be able to find one that suits your bike and/or your personality. They have different sizes from .4L to 1.0L and they even have a flask! I was going to use that but couldn't find one when the time came.

I gave a picture to my rep but I'm not sure if she ever did anything with it. I work at a shop that sells them so I get them pretty cheap. The one on my bike I actually had to pay full retail for though cause we were out at my shop. If Oprah would shut her fat yapper about BPA being horrible for people we wouldn't have such a run on SIGG bottoles right now. Damn her!
