got newbie questions.. how to i.d my fzr

just picked up a 93 fzr.. with out title.. it runs great but has no plastics.. the guy that i got it from says its a genesis.. but it was given to him.. he never did anything but let it sit.. all i know it has the dual headlight and buy looking at other pics.. to me its a 600 but he saud it was a 750..is ther any way i could find out what exactly it is before i get down on this project.. the clock says it has 8,000 miles.. but it was outside for 2 years... any help will be greatly apreciated.. thanks

More than likely it's an FZR600. There is no 93 FZR750. If you can post a pic or two of the bike as well. That will help us help you better.

Like Sweekster said - There were no '93 FZR750s so my guess is that it's a '94 600. Check on the front of the engine case (above the oil filter) and you'll probably see an embossed engine displacement - 599cc.
