I FINALLY GOT the swingarm dremeled out and the bearings are in the freezer, so they will fit in a little better tomorrow, I'll take some pics before i shove the bearings in of the grinding.

We started her up again today with the new stator and pickup i got and it started on the 2nd hit with ZERO smoke :headbang:

Paint will come very soon and then its just a matter of swapping everything and getting my tires on the wheels...

they should make a concret pathway to the shop so you dont have to roll over all the grass to get there.

what you think we're rookies, son?? lol, we cleared massive amounts of vines and fence today to make way for the new gate to the shop. Which will have a paved path to the shop.

We got everything on lock no worries :)

update!, 5/29/09

Got the swingarm in place, and the tires put on!! I'm so happy with how the wheels and frame/swing look together! We had to shave a little more down on each side, and got a snug fit. The rubber inside the endcaps on the swing HAD to be notched out. No problem. Got the tires on for 32 bucks including tax.

We had to stop cuz i have stuff to do tonight, and we need to scuff and paint the shock with some rattle can. I think i'm gonna stage 1 black the forks also.
