Can you put a stop payment on the check? Cause accepting money for stolen goods is a crime.... you might want to contact him with that information and see if he is willing to give you back your money or face criminal charges.

Already did that and it was cash for the bike not a check. We did contact him that same night and he was willing to pay Billy back but we think that he was guilty at that time because now he wont answer his phone or call us back.

Forget the donation ..... I'm sure he's nice guy and all ... But unless u got couple hundred thou stashed in the bank .. that's bike money dewd ..
