Not just 'cages' either. I see bikes running on corded or squared off tires..bikes running with so much fork oil on both sides of the engine, you know none is left in the forks
i totally agree here. i rode my Honda last Sunday and must have picked up some piece of metal because there's a small hole just above the front sprocket (in the sprocket case cover). I haven't gotten to take it apart yet, hopefully not a big deal, but people do drive around a lot with tags hanging by one bolt and other crap that's defective or broken hanging off under the vehicle or exhaust systems (cars) scraping along the road. it would be chaos if there were no rules.
of course some places go a little too far, if you think that list for Pennsylvania is a big deal, you should try getting your bike inspected in Maryland, yeah, they're even more anal. Of course, the police don't actually enforce all the inspection rules unless you're being a total cowboy or they can't see the plate.
ABS- try to avoid those hick towns... hit the back roads, stay away from the donut shops. thought i told you that last year, haha.
