brake light not working

brake light not working

maybe these are the problem......lol

just so happens a yamaha dealer/service and parts is right down the street from me, so im headed over there in the morning to get new switches, then hit long beach and check out the junkyard "they got a huge pile of bikes" see if i can pick up some parts for my new toy.

why am i posting this? if i cant figure out how to get the switches in, ill be posting here...lol

EDIT: the neighbors hate me now...lol

The neighbors hate you already??? I told you that pipe was loud. Glad you're having fun with the bike man. You should probably look into a banjo bolt style pressure switch (that was on the list for the bike when I had it) and then you won't have to worry about adjusting the switch to the pedal. Might wanna consider that for the front too.

SWEEKSTER,
+5 on the banjo style pressure switches for the rear, they can be troublesome on the front with clearance, unless you have a splitter arrangement still.

Thanks Doc that is the animal just be sure to order it in the right thread there are a couple of variants in the Jap big 4.banjo thread size & pitch.
