After you click the link you will notice a world map. On the left hand side the is a button that says Add me(or something like that). After click it you will notice a pop-up on the map that ask your name, location, email and user image. Now you can fill out the needed information and it will add you to the map.
Hope that helps.

Was able to add myself no problem. I'm also looking into a alternative program that might be a little more fun to use.

Re: Geographic map of members' locations
Check your PM's. I've found something that could be very cool. I only need to figure out if everyone can use it as I'm not sure it's is available for certain systems. Sence yamaha_george had problems, he's the first person I'm going to ask.megaloxana wrote:I ran across platial.com which looked a lil more interesting but i didn't mess around with it. well if you do some other Linux guru will have to find away to make it work because Kubuntu Hardy Heron bombs out with messages from googles installer cannot find the X11 conf ( not suprising as is now called xorg.conf & has been for quite awhile )
Geo (fedup from having to tinker a perfectly working boxsto fit darkside scribblings) time to sleep me thinks
Re: Geographic map of members' locations
I'll try to get onto the GE forum and snoop around for a Linux fix. Kind of strange though that it is givving you problems. I only say this since eventhough it is a window based program, Google wants nothing to do with Microsoft. I'll let you know what I find. If we can get this to work, I think it would really be some neat stuff.yamaha_george wrote: hi,
