Who has replaced their Voltage Regulator?

What is the difference in upgrading to the R6 or other applicable V/R or Rectifier?
Notably the age and wear of the unit being a common factor.
Are all FZR's including 87 1000's able to do this upgrade?

while the 1ks electircs system isnt the greatest(a bit weak) they dont generally break

i havent changed mine its a newer one from a 98 with the wireing and motor in a 89 so it has been changed but i dident do it had it for about 3to 4 years

I would remind you of the song "route66" so some of you get it wrong too since it should be sung rowt66 LoL
However on that particular word for computer routers it is rowter not rooter which is a garden implement
