88 fzr fuel pump wiring.....

got a pump for the customers 88 fzr 750... now i need to know what color the wiring is for the pump to plug into ?? anyone got a schematic they can email me ?

Well, it is a 2 wire pump and one is black (ground).... So the other one must be......

If it is a Yamaha pump, it should have a plug in connector into the wire harness. Yamaha usually did a goo job with making the connectors only go to one place by either the direction the connector is used or by not physically being able to reach an incorrect plug.

THATS fzr 1000 .. are they the same setup ???

Sometimes I am a spun little monkey...

Just checked the different wiring diagrams, and the FZR750 is very similar. The pump wiring has the same colours, Black to ground and bLue/Black from the relay.
