had an issue with my bike last month to where at 75 mph it would spit and sputter and die. if i didnt go above 55 it would stay running. got it to a friends house and he pulled the carbs apart for me and told me they were clean and looked good. found out my throttle return cable was broke. replaced it and tried to get the carbs synced the best we could. we have them almost 100% synced. now when i burp the throttle or while i am going down the road and hit the clutch it jumps rpms. i have tried to adjust the idle control and can get it to idle at 1200 rpms until i touch the throttle. i have lubed the carb springs and checked the throttle cable and now i am at a loss for what i can do. idk what else i can do. this is killing me i havent road more than a test ride in a month and even those are short and frustrating.

Did you start the bike and at idle check the tempature on the exhaust tubes, let us know and we'll go from there. Pull the plugs too and take a look.

IIll do that as soon as I can get a laser thermometer. I didn't think about plugs yet because I replaced them about a year ago. But wouldn't hurt. to check them

When checking the plugs, also see if any are lean or extra dark.
