Does anyone know where i could grab some replacement tach glass? I feel it wouldn't pass MD inspection without it. Packaging tape/Saran wrap is my current solution in mind.

Easy way, eBay, or buy a piece of plexiglass and cut down. Any local glass shops near you? Give them a call and ask if they can help you. I tell you what sometimes you can really luck out.
