I am looking for some help. I have a 94 FZR600 and it ran fine then I let it sit about a week and when I started it idle at 2000 rpm anything less it dies out. I ran it and got into 6 gear and ran at 65mph and it was about 8000 rpm. I have changed spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter. If anyone know what else it could be please let me know

Boy if it was a two stroke I would say you have the "lean scream" i.e. air leak somewhere. Did you get your air box back on correctly as they can be a buggar to get back on correctly.

That's really high rpms.. I believe mine is like 5,500 rpm at 65mph.
as far as dying at lower rpms, your Pilot Jets might be clogged. What effect does the choke have? Do you use the choke?
