I was on my way home on the interstate doing around 80mph when she died on me like i turned the key off. I am sitting on the side of the road right now and cant figure out what happenedm my brights and horn are hard wired to the battery and they have power but nothing else does and she has never acted up before so i am stumpped

Check your main fuse (30A); it's in its own pod behind the left seat panel. Check your front signals and tailbulbs for loose / frayed wires or other causes of shorts; these items are protected only by the main fuse, so a loose running light can kill power to the whole bike! (facepalm)

was able to get my buddy to help me get it to the house and don you nailed it right on the money. the main fuse blew. i put a new fuse in and she fired right up to smoke out my garage. turns out my front left turn signal wire came lose and shorted to my frame. who knew a .15 cent part could end up costing you 60 in gas and having some one come 120 miles round trip to help you out. but thanks for the advice.

This is one of the wall-banger electrical errors in the Fizzers. I have a product planned to address this, but I haven't gotten to it yet.

Sorry to hear your ride got so messed up ...

I was so frustrated and didnt even think of the main fuse while i was stuck on the side of the road and didnt have a 10 mil to get to it. But i have to re wire it and hope for the best.
