Not willing to spend $6k right now on a SV650 naked (soon perhaps). Where is the best place for buying carb jet kits, carb synch kits and emulsion tubes, Last ditch effort before I sell it. since I got zero help from the dealers in my area I have to fix it myself.

Factory Pro is the only place I know of that has Emulsion tubes. They also have stage 1 and 3 Jet Kits. You should be able to buy directly from them but they are in the US. I know of two places online that are in the UK that has items, but I can't remeber the names right now. I think one of the is call Demon Tweaks? I'll look them up tonight and add the links to the thread later.

You can always send the carbs to me and I'll do the work on them.
Or, if you want to do it yourself, buy a Jet Kit and Emulsion tubes from Factory Pro.:

You can buy a carb sync tool or make one yourself.
Here is the carb sync tool or manometer:

Hell I'm almost tempted to send them overnight because I'm in desperate need for a tuneup

If you think it's out of your realm to work on them, I will rebuild it for shipping costs, plus a little carb cleaner.

Thanks, I can do it. I am fairly mech inclined. Sometimes it takes more than one teardown to get it right. I will go ahead and buy the sync

What about the 6mm yamaha attachments for the synch tool? I could not raise them on the phone, I will call tommorow to add them or verify if needed.

People have purchased MIG welding tips from the Home Depot. They are 6mm from what I hear.
