My bike revs and idles fine. When I accelerate to 8k or so, the bike starts to slowly accelerate. It doesn't necessarily bog, but will hit 8k, and slow climb revs, as if it losing power. I put new plugs in it, made sure carbs were clean, no luck. Any idea's? Thanks

Could be carburation (lack of fuel) What set up do you have? Pods or air box, what size main jets?
Did you clean the Main air jets when you cleaned the carbs?
Test you ignition system First, A failing ignition system fails under load I.E. higher revs.

Stock air box, stock jets as far as I know. When i checked to make sure the carbs were clean, all the jets were not clogged. How do I go about testing my ignition?

Checked the coils. One is 2ohms, the other is 3ohm. Are they good?

That second one is a little high. Give the connectors a good scrub.
Is this a Cali bike? What you described sure sounds like an EXUP stuck in the low position ...

The exup is an exhaust valve, correct? I couldn't find one on my bike.
