FZR600 Engine swaps

Hi there,
i am needing to replace my 1992 FZR600 engine, i was looking at the newer 1994 FZR foxeye engine and can pick one up cheap, i was wondering if this engine will fit in without any problems, if there any modifications required what are they?
any advise welcome!
