Missing exhaust clamp?

Post by nortstudio »

I noticed that on the lowest part of of my headers, directly under the center of the bike, there is an exhaust "stay" that is not attached to anything. The bike has a Vance and Hines SS2 on it - but I haven't idea whether the pipes are aftermarket as well. There appears to be a clamp that has rusted off. Any idea how I could get this secure without welding?

if you dont wanna weld the only options is to replace the header, and that one appears to be stock, if its not flapping around i pry wouldn't worry about it to much

Thanks. I might try to fab up a clamp - but it doesn't seem to be moving around - so I am probably good.

Appreciate the response.
