I am wondering what you guys are using for lifting your bike. I searched on the site, but can't seem to find any details. I know I stumbled on a post saying that you can't use the typical stand with these bikes, but I'm sure there must be some trick.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
see:-
http://www.saltmine.org.uk/fzr/fork.html for front stand
http://www.saltmine.org.uk/fzr/paddockstand.html for rear stand
http://www.saltmine.org.uk/kgb/yp7.html for adding bobbins to FZR swing arm
Y-Geo wrote all of those and has done the work on his own FZR

Thanks for the heads up though. Are all you guys making these things?

Thanks Chris. I'm going there today!!!
Do you use this on an FZR? I got a message from Yam George, and I know he has a How-To to get some things going for working on this bike. Any tips for spools? Or does this stand actually fit under the stock swingarm? It looks like the little "arms" might do the trick???

It's a universal stand that lifts from under the swing arm. No need for spools.

If they try to sell you the "spools" that lift the front of the bike that look like a triangle don't buy them. They won't work with our FZRs.
Chris.

Of course they were out of stock on the cheap one (while shaping they should have 4!). So I got the "fancier" one for $50. It has the weird triangles in it - but for $2 they have the same universal adaptor that slides under the swingarm.
Thanks for the tip!
