brake sticking

went for a ride earlier and had my rear brake stick on me, almost fully locked up. got it to unstick and ride home, but now it wants to not work properly. is it time to rebuild the rear master cylinder? the brake pedal is very stiff if that means anything.

The rear master cylinder does like to rust up. Could be time to just tear it apart and give it a good cleaning.

Along with the pots of the rear caliper it self.
