It tirns out im not getting a good enough spark. I held a saprk plug (brand new one) to the block and im hardly getting anything, after I stoped turning it over I got a little shock when I touched it. I will go back and check all my wires and one of the mounts for the coils is broke so it might not be getting the best ground. Also I know where the fly wheel is I have a broke seal and its leaking oil, could this be messing up the igniotn? maybe I should go in there and clean it up?

These are double-ended coils, and ground through the spark plugs. Pull the caps off the suspect plug wires; check the cap for security and resistance (5k or 10k ohms). Check the wire end for good copper, trim back 1/4" if the exposed copper is corroded or chewed up. Make sure the cap is threaded tightly into the lead - there's a little wood-screw-ish that bites into the lead.
