wont start but cranks

I have a 96 fzr600 I done a R6 tank swap and R6 tail swap,but now my bike will not start it cranks,Im gonna put pod airfilters on it do I need to put those on first is it getting to much air or not enough????,then Im having a problem with my turn signals,when i turn on the left turn,the right lights blink(fast)when i turn on the right tun the left lights blink(fast) do anyone have any suggestion on what I need to do????

Check the basics ::
- Make sure the petcock is open and that fuel is flowing freely
- Make sure the fuel pump is actually pumping fuel
- Pull your plugs to see if they have fuel on them or if they're dry
- While your plugs are pulled, make sure they are sparking when trying to turn the motor over
- Make sure your plugs are on in the correct order
Sounds like someone replaced your OEM turn signals with aftermarket LED ones and switched the cables.
