FZRSupport: the FZROnline Archive

Hi,

Been looking to buy a set of stock emulsion tubes for an 89 FZR 600 in the UK. Cheapest I have found are £27.00 each from WeMoto, at this price it would be probably be worth me considering the Factoty Pro kit from the US which would cost near enough the same even with postage.

Does anyone know of a cheaper source here?

There is aboard member called STIG who does UK bulk buys for 1K tubes, I wanted 600 tubes (which he can get also ) unfortunately I was 4500 miles from a 600 so supplying part numbers was not on at that point.

I am back in the UK but waiting for an Op on my spine so I still cannot give him what he needs in details .

If you can you could look at yours and quote the stampings in the tubes to him and then we could both order thro him :-}

Thanks for the heads up. My bike is in regular use so I can't get to the tubes right now but I hope to get a set of second hand carbs next week (I want to refurb them and then do a straight swap). If I can get another set soon I will let you know the number so that you can have it for your own reference and I'll contact Stig about the bulk orders.

thanks mate , note there was thread on bulk buying E.T's in the uk recently (june/early july ) STIG was away or something but one of his buddies was keeping us informed.
