So I got caught in the rain a couple weeks ago and my bike back fired a couple times and shut off. I haven't been able to get it to start since. I've drained the gas, drained the carbs of the gas that was in them, sprayed some ether in the carbs and air box to dry the water, replaced the spark plugs and I still can't get it to fire up. Any suggestions?

Disable the kickstand safety switch, had the same problem with my seca 2, that switch sees a lot of water in the rain. Aside from that I would start testing the ignition system component by component.

Found out I'm not getting spark, going to replace the coils.

Be sure to test them first. Like the previous poster stated, it could be linked to something that is preventing the coils from getting voltage.
