I can help with the rear light. I had the same problem. Connected to the rear brake lever is a spring. Undo the spring, then remove the switch from the bike. That is the rear brake light switch. Once off the bike, take it apart. You will notice the switch is simple. The issue you are going to find is the white sleeve inside the switch.on the pin is worn. I took mine off and flipped it over, and it works 100%. I wish I had a photo, but did not think to snap a photo. It's very easy once you have it off the bike.

Good deal.
On your other issue, explain the wobble up and down. Is it like a vibration, or a pronounced up and down movement. Take a look at your front tire. Is the tread cupped? Meaning, is the leading tread higher than the following tread.

Maybe out of balance, or your bearings are bad. Get the front end off the ground. The roll the front wheel. If you can hear the metal sound made by bearings, then its time to replace them. Other than that, I am unsure. I read yesterday that, That Kid here on the forum sells bearing kits. Look him up if you need some.
