YZF front end conversion questions

Guys, since I'll be swapping rear ends to the YZF swinger/wheel, I'm looking at doing the front as well. I've got the front setup right now with Racetech springs (0.85kg/mm) and gold valve emulators, but I think I'd like to swap to YZF cartridge forks. Also, I find it a bit stiff for the street, which is most of my riding these days. I have read that it's pretty much a direct bolt on, but wanted to get a few questions answered before I started collecting the parts.

1. Does the YZF triple/crown bolt right in or do you need machining?
2. Does the YZF triple give the same ride height/trail? I don't want to change the geometry of the front end.
3. Can the brake rotors from a FZR be swapped over?

If that's the case, I'm going part shopping. :)

Hey mark, I think everything bolts right up with no machining.

George, I believe here in North America the 97+ are all the same. I'll probably be looking at parts from as late a model as I can, especially the forks, so that it's less likely I'll have to do any work on them.
