Intake valves

ok i took my head off, and looked at my valves, and on my 3rd cylinder intake valves, there some white scuffy stuff, all the other valves looks normal. i got some white scuffy stuff, on my 3rd cylinder intake valves, and running 80psi compression(beyond LOW) on that 3rd cylinder, even that spark plug on that cylinder, has some white scuff on it. can you guys help me out.

'wet' or 'dry' white scuffy stuff? could be water ingress?

Water, or coolant. A blown head gasket can allow coolant into the chamber, where it burns white. Deposits on the sealing face of the valve will obviously do bad things to your compression.
