FZRSupport: the FZROnline Archive

i currently have a 1990 fzr600 with what looks like a dynojet kit on it but i need new needles bc they are worn down and keep flooding out the bike so it wont start. Anyone know where i can get just the needles or can i use stock needles on a jet kit?

If your needles are worn that much something seriously weird is going on. The nozzles normally wear much more than the needles - the thing is, neither particularly affects the ability of the bike to actually start.

If you are flooding out, check your float needle condition and float height. Do a clean, then a synch (I know, hard to do if the damn thing doesn't light!).
