Hey guys,

I'm looking at swapping a F2 rear wheel onto my 89 FZR600. Has anybody every tried swapping a matching F2/F3 front wheel onto their FZR? I really want to have a matching set of wheels. Or, are their any other 17" rear wheels that swap on fairly easy that looks similar to the stock FZR front wheel?

FZR1000 rear wheel looks just like the FZR6 front. Check it out.

Thanks, but I'm not planning on swapping swingarms. I am doing a modified stock FZR600 swingarm which won't cost me a thing to do. I'm not looking for a really wide rear wheel either. The F2 wheels would look awesome with the look of the FZR I'm building, that's why I really want to swap the front on too.

I heard that an older GSXR wheel is a fairly easy swap onto a stock FZR600 swingarm. Is this true and what years is it for? Is there a how-to for that somewhere?

gs 500 rear wheels are an easier swap for the fzr 600.
