Stuck Handle bar Slider

I went to install new grips and I can't get the Bar Slider off the right handle bar. The bolt head is in bad shape and trying to turn it just strips it more.

What is my best bet here? Drill it out?

I would try a strap wrench or maybe some vice grips. you may want to think about getting another set after that though

Good Call. I didn't even think of that. The sliders are junk, I had planned on replacing them anyhow that's why my first though was to just drill them.
