Help
I was riding down the road at 55 and the bike lost all power at once. (1994 FZR) No lights,no horn no power period. I checked the fuses under the seat and all were good. Getting 12.4 volts at the battery. Any advice on where to start or what may be the problem. Thanks
Re: Help
The same thing happened to me. You probably blew the main fuse because of a ruined voltage regulator. The main fuse is under the left side of the tail plastics. If you have the pre-95 VR I would replace it as soon as possible with one from any YZF whether it is actually blown or not.

Re: Help
If the main fuse has blown, your VR is also fried, the VR WILL kill your electrics!!!!figman wrote:blensen wrote:The same thing happened to me. 1. Replace the VR ASAP
2. Then replace the main fuse
