Re: annoying noises
I have FZR EXUP for last three days.. some short stints on the highway revealed some minot droning @# speed. I have check for deflection of bearings.. O.K. spun up by hand ( weight off) shows no dragging brakes, roughness or premature slowing down so I assume may be chain and intend to allign and lub before my 800 k road trip today

Best thing to do is back track, on the recent changes you have made tony. Front and rear sprockets, chain. What bearings did you replace?
Re: annoying noises
rechecked bearings in font wheel it appears these new bearings are a fraction larger on the internal diameter of the inner bearing i tried my pin on my other spare wheel and it is tight in the bearing it just shows it pays to get genuine parts

Yamaha bearings have a rating C3 or C4 (that is tolerance of fit & max rpm) if this old head of mine remembers correctly when you buy replacement you can order bearings with that code as well to get the exact same as OEM.
