SO..after 12 yrs of only owning and riding hondas I just picked up my first Yamaha. its a 1995 fzr 600, but shes pretty rough tho and needs alot of TLC. Mechanically it is pretty sound motor has good compression, tranny and clutch feel good but there are sum wiring issues. Now Wiring problems are a bad enough, but its a whole nother story when youve never worked on a yamaha before so im hoping there a few of you guys out there that know the wiring pretty good and could help me out...itd be much appreciated...heres sum pics....

first thing is to go thro the WIKI here on the site it is very comprehensive in coverage.
The specific model bike ie 400 / 600 are covered with copies of the wiring diagram in their section.
