Well, your carbs need some work.
But to your new problem, you need to sort out some electrical issues. First place to start is the "start" switch. Make sure you don't have any wires grounding out on the frame or radiator. You probably also need a new VR.
Best bet is to get a service manual and go through the trouble shooting section.

Time for carb cleaning and synch. We have a charging system flow chart in the wiki.

Hi,
All of the above.
There is a known problem with the right hand switch gear going AWOL on you. It is well covered in the old mails
The hassle is that the problem drains your battery puts too much strain on the old style VoltRegulators which fry and take out your fuses and electronics.
The first thing is to put the battery to charge & make sure the liquid level in it is correct. Check your fuses (make sure the connectors are all clean. Fix that right hand switch gear, put everything back turn the ignition , hear the fuel pump charge the carbs and then try starting the bike test the voltage to the battery at 3K RPM should be 13.8 or there abouts anthing more than 14+ and your VR is gone or going to fry. IF it is higher replace it with a VR from a R6
& do not use the bike before you replace it !!!(detail of all the checks are in the WIKI as is the HOW to replace your VR .
