Hi Guys,
So I found this "too good to be true" deal on craigslist...I did contact the person and they are willing to do this "transaction" via the eBay buyer protection plan.
Now I've heard this can be an legit thing...just want to get some feedback on what people know.
The details are:
'08 YZF R1 (MINT)
"Recently moved to TX"
is willing to pay shipping
My cost $2500...that's right $2500
Being sold on Craigslist

Dad always says, Too good to be true usually is. And Luke I am your father. If your dad is Darth Vader. I believe craigslist has a disclaimer that says if sellers are willing to pay shipping then back away. You talk to him on the phone? Get him to start it or send a pic to you over his cell.

Think of it like this.....
If he really had it and wanted to get only $2500 for it, he could walk out front of his house and yell $2500 cash and he would have a line.

Well that was my same thought. He posted in in RI. I wrote him back, asking to come see it with $$ in hand...to find out he "recently moved to TX for a job".
Pretty sure the posting is still on Craigslist...June 2 (if I'm not mistaken)
