Is there suppose to be fuses in this here hole?

I was doing a check on why the bike is running funny and I pulled this tape back. The micro fiche wasn't much help.

That's the fuse box, mines mounted different, looks like yours or mine is inverted, i.e. lift it up off the rubber mount, remove the cover should be 4 fuses 3 10a 1 20a. On mine i pull the cover off looks like your cover is @ the bottom (cover is on the top, not the 8 wire plug on mine) so you want a spare 10a and a 20a. Unless US models are different.
