Hi Guys!

Hope everyone's enjoying the season!

I do have a new issue which as recently started. I've noticed when I start my bike after it's been sitting, I get a "tink, tink tink"/ or clicking sounds coming from my engine. After it warms up for a minute or so it goes away. Is this something I need to worry about?

Also how long is the oil supposed to last before it show's up dark/black in the peep hole? I changed my oil back in March...and it's noticeably dark already...

Thanks as always in advance.

Thanks guys,

The oil level is at the top of the site. I have no idea as to the last valve adjustment. I've owned it for year as of March. As for the weather...it's usually been around the 52-60 in the AM and late PM when I've noticed the sound. I am running Maxima Maxum 4 Premium 4-Cycle Oil 10-40.

Thanks for the reply. I guess I'll accept it as normal. Yea 60 degrees here is considered warm by 7am this time of year, lol. I can't wait for warmer weather..but it's worth the ride in to work and ride home. :)
