put it all back together and get a compression test kit and test teh compression on each cylinder. I'm not sure on the specs I think if your over 120 you are ok.

we already did the test and I was at 160 psi ,,with wiesco pistons , should I have burns on the walls or scars or movement in the pistons when there all the way up ?

160 is great. Burn marks? maybe without scoring but if there is any scoring i would retest for compression because gouges (scoring, or scars) on the cylinder walls is no good man.

there isnt any scoring ,but there is little movement when the two outside cylinders are all the way up ,I think the headgasket is my problem ,it looks like the previous owner made it in shop class, does anyone have a pic of a new one ?

replace it and see I wouldnt worry about the pistons If there is no scoring the rings and pistons do have a minute amount of play in them
