FZRSupport: the FZROnline Archive

when I bought my V7MW bike (92 600) it had a white wire with green stripe disconnected from the back of the speedo, just to the right of the lightbulb at the top if youre looking at the back of the gauges. I didnt reconnect it yet, but the wiring diagram says its for a reed switch. Anyone know the function, and if I need it?

its the speed sensor wire for the turn signals. Turns off the turn signal over 35mph I believe.
